Jonathan Brown (Trustee)

Jonathan Brown is Chief Global Officer of Integrity Music and is based in Nashville. His passion is to create diverse spaces and shared opportunities for songwriters and artists to collaborate and create, connecting Christians from all traditions in order that everyone has a part to play.

Sidney Mohede (Trustee)

Sidney Mohede leads and directs the creative team of Jakarta Praise Community Church (JPCC) as Creative Pastor. He collaborates within writing and producing of JPCC Worship albums. In addition, Sidney also teaches and shares his experience regarding worship, creativity, songwriting, and team-building. Sidney has spoken in various international panels such as Worship Central Asia, Hillsong Conference, and other conferences throughout Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. Sidney and his wife, Etha, are blessed with three children.

Helmut Kaufmann (Trustee)

is of German origin, lives in Britain and is the founder of ICC Studios, Eastbourne, England. This unique and high-quality Christian Recording Centre was for many years a safe place and training ground for Engineers, Producers, Artists and Songwriters. It became the cradle and birthplace of a Worship Movement that has impacted the world with many songwriters/worship leaders starting their recording life at ICC such as Graham Kendrick, Martin Smith (Delirious?), Matt Redman, Stuart Townend to name but a few.

Anu Omideyi (Trustee)

Anu Omideyi is an award-winning international choir director, festival director, music director, producer, musician, singer-songwriter, public speaker and co-chair.  In her roles as Music & Festival Director atLiverpool Lighthouse and her role as Co-Chair of the Gospel Music Industry Alliance UK, she has multiple national mandates to develop Gospel Music within Christian and secular culture across the UK and beyond.

 Anu is a non-practicing criminal barrister who began her legal career in 2001 and paused it in 2015 when the creative areas of her life began to flourish.  She ran a successful criminal practice from Furnival Chambers, a leading London set. During this time, she also sat on Furnival Chambers’ Board of Directors for 6 years - the youngest female and black person to have done so. 

Robert Quintana (Trustee)

Born in Peru, Robert Quintana graduated from the Bible Institute Christ for the Nations in 2004. He is a worship leader and international speaker and has been in ministry for more than 30 years.

He has served in various roles such as a Pastor of Worship at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. He has worked as the Creative Director at CFNI where he oversaw the Worship Ministry among other ministries. He currently serves in Daystar Español Television Network helping to take the message of God to the nations of Latin America.

He has travelled extensively in Latin America to work with influential pastors and worship leaders. He and his wife Patty, and their two children reside in Dallas, Texas.   

Ram Gidoomal CBE (Trustee)

CBE is Chairman of South Asian Concern (SAC). SAC with Kingsway and Martin Smith produced one of the first known cross-cultural fusion music albums Songs of the Kingdom and Asia Worships. He is a businessman, author and was chairman of the Lausanne Movement International Board. He serves on the boards of New York based movement.org and Whole Word Institute based in Jerusalem.

Les Moir (Executive Manager)

Les Moir has been involved in Christian/Gospel music for 40 years working as a record producer, bass player, Label Manager and A&R Manager. Les has encouraged and worked with many worship leaders, musicians and songwriters, including Matt Redman, Martin Smith, Noel Robinson, Tim Hughes, Sinach and Graham Kendrick.

Les has also written a book called ‘Missing Jewel’ documenting the development and impact of worship in the UK Church over the past 50 years. Les’ role at the trust enables him to develop and amplify the worship of the nations, living with the vision of seeing and hearing every tribe, tongue and nation worshipping together on earth as in heaven.
